Cybex VR3 platinum chest press. The seated chest press is a must do exercise for the lower, mid and upper chest. The press machine in general, is far safer than performing free weight presses. In fact, the barbell bench press is the number one cause of pectoral tears in the world. The bench press is an ego exercise and doesn’t even promote much growth. There are far better alternatives, like this machine. This machine is in beautiful condition and retails for $4,500.
This is an excellent machine for the delts, the middle delts specifically. Machine can be used to warm up, as a staple movement or as a finisher to really burn out the shoulders. This is the exercise that gives the delts the nice, round, cannon ball look. It’s also very hard to cheat the exercise while using this machine.
